About me
Hi, I’m Rachael – a writer and editor with more than 13 years’ experience crafting creative and commercial content for the likes of The Bicester Collection, Suitcase, Trinity Mirror Studio, Manchester Evening News, easyJet’s Traveller, American Way and PrivatAir.
A northern girl, now living in Oxfordshire, I started out as a freelance journalist writing for the Mirror Online, but I’ve since spent my career working in-house as an editorial content lead.
Like any 90s child, magazines were my first love and fashion and travel still have my heart. Luckily, I get to write about both all day as Head of Editorial Content at The Bicester Collection. There, researching travel guides to Europe; commissioning trend reports; and interviewing designers such as Richard Quinn, Patrick McDowell and creatives Karan Singh and Donna Adi, are all part of the day job.
